Slow Open/Save operations in Writer Version: 4.1.3.2

Libre Office Writer is slow opening or saving documents. And slow means awfully slow. I don’t know if it is an issue on my computer (Win8.1) or in Writer.

So I’m asking if others have similar problems?

Did this happen immediately after the installation or did you use LibO 4.1.3.2 without problems before?
Which version of LibO did you use before without problems?
