Ciao everybody
For a document that will be used on screen only I would maximize the useful space on screen.
How to minimize this space around the document?

>View>Full Screen
Default shortcut : Ctrl+Shift+J
(For me -V7.3.3.2, Win 10- this currently doesn’t work with Draw
).
The answer depends on your screen size. With common 1920Ă—1080, select double page display (either multiple page view or book view in the bottom bar ) and set zoom factor to ~90% to display 2Ă—A4 pages
Then either adjust window size or go for full screen (see @Lupp’s answer)
I would like to use 100% scale factor
It’s up to you. 90% allows to display full height page. But if you remove the bottom status bar (View
>Status Bar) and the rulers (
View>
Rulers`>… , you could do at 100%. You have not the full page but the clipped part is bottom margin, so you’re practically at maximum.
Unfortunately you can’t eliminate the menu bar (or rather fortunately because you always need some controlling means over the application).
