Spellcheck stops working for no reason during the day

Hi Folks,

I’m using LOW 7.2.3.2 in iOS 10.13.6 and the spellchecker just stops working halfway through the day. There is still the check mark next to “Tools/Automatic Spell Checking” and trying to toggle it off and on doesn’t fix it. Eventually when I shut down the computer for the day and start up again in the morning it will work again, but I have to go back to the drop down menu and toggle it back on since now it is unchecked.

I have looked around for this topic and didn’t find one covering the issue of it just turning off. And it isn’t the issue of wrong language or no dictionary for the language since the thing works fine for about half the day and then when I make a really obvious error and see that it didn’t catch it is when I realize that it is now not working.

What tells the Statusbar (at Bottom of Textframe) about the actually used Language?

Hi Karolus, right now it says English (USA) and since it is morning and I just turned on the computer the spellchecker is working. When it stops I will look to see if this has changed to something else and inform you. Thanks.
