Strange behavior menu items, in Librecalc

Hello Community,
First post here, so please help me get along.

First I’m very happy using Libre Calc for over a year now. I moved from MS excel after 20 years of use. I really like how searchable everything is to get used to calc. For a couple of months I try to use Calc professionally and notice I hardly use MS excel anymore. I even got the hang of the formula structure.

Of course I’m here to ask some advice on something I could not find, so I hope someone is willing to help me out.

Up till today the menu items were working fine for me. If you clicked them they opened fully per items so I could scan to find the one I needed.
Since today if I click a menu (for example view) it opens, but does not show all the items. I have to scroll through them, with the arrows or my scroll wheel. Also on top of that, I’m using a dual monitor setup, the menu splits between the left and right monitor, which makes it even harder to find anything.

I’m not sure if it is a buggy new update, or that I touched by accident a shortcut to change this.
Is this a common problem? How do I call the menu scroll bar? If I look for this there is not much useful information and I’m kind of out of options how to solve this.

Thank you for your help!
Kind regards,
Marcel
