Strange cell - text appears with different ways

I download one calc fille and i see something strange for me
what happens in this cell?

When I select it I see different text in cell and task line…
When put the cursor in task line the cell change and show me more text
This is very useful …!!!
How can do the same ?

Have you tried just decreasing the row height?

In your screenshot it can be seen that this cell has Wrap Text and Align Bottom; so, in the cell, it is shown the bottom line of this cell content.

To show the first line of this cell, you can change the align option to Align Top, or unset Wrap Text.

Tested with version 7.1.8.1.
