Suddenly Libreoffice wont open

Libreoffice will no longer open when I click on its icon on my desktop. I use Windows 10. Nor will Libreoffice open when I attempt alternate access through the Microsoft icon at the bottom left corner. I appreciate your suggestions.

What kind of icon is it?
LibreOffice (General/Main)?
LibreOffice Files (e.g. ODT)?
I can’t make it out.
