Happy to see that you’re getting the spreadsheet working the way you want.
When the format is set as per your wishes, you may simply copy and paste the cell to a range of empty cells : the formula will be adapted, line by line, and the format will be pasted too. No need for special paste.
This is equivalent to pulling down the black corner.
To remember how to do this computation, consider that this simple formula reflects the way you handle your purse : what is left in your purse after a sale or having bought something is what you had in your purse beforehand (the previous running balance) plus the signed amount of the sale or the buy.
