I have created an open source Libre-Basic library that improves hyperlinking between documents and supports two-way hyperlinking between documents and text files, including scripts and Libre-Basic macro libraries (both public and embedded). It also automates making a document with bidirectional links between topics and table of contents. It automatically finds and corrects bad hyperlinks. It also supports paths defined by environment variables. It works in both Windows and Linux. It is available for download at github.com/DavidHMcCracken/LinkXall
