LO Writer gets worse & worse! Now they have deleted the icon to address controlling Table Cell Borders, so any border changes now are table-wide instead of the cell by cell control we used to have. This is critical increating form templates!
I checked all the online help & all of it is lying since the coding staff didnot check to see if what they are writing is correct!
Anyone know any work arounds?

This page is totally screwed as it is not RESPONSIVE, whic became LAW in 2012 & is not readable to a visually impaired person like myself whic I must zoominto untill the font is 20 pitchsize to rea & the page is unusable at that size because the law was not compliedwith to make all web pages responsive!
