Table Properties, Page Break with Page Style, Restart Numbering Error

I’ve been using libreoffice on Mac OSX since 2009 with the same template over the years. I recently switched to libreoffice 25.2.3 on Linux (debian) and now the page numbers are not restarting in accordance with the table property, page break with page style, Restart Page Number at “?” field. Is anyone aware of this issue and are there any known solutions for getting the table properties to work correctly for setting page numbers?

The page numbers still load correctly for the same document when I open it with libreoffice on Mac OSX.
