Translation feature doesnb't work: Requested clipboard format is not available

Hi all,

I’m using LibreOffice following LibreOffice version on Fedora (latest version via rpm packages):

Version: 25.8.4.2 (X86_64)
Build ID: 580(Build:2)
CPU threads: 16; OS: Linux 6.17; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: de-DE (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

I enabled the translation feature, added the deepl URL: https://api.deepl.com/v2/translate and my API key.

When I now try to translate a text of a Writer document the text gets removed and than the process fails with the following error message: Requested clipboard format is not available.

In run LibreOffice under GNOME/Wayland.

Any idea how to get the translation feature working?

Please make sure that the API URL is correct, and there are no space characters there after the URL.

Thanks, I found the solution in the bug report, for the free api (what I’m using) the right URL is: https://api-free.deepl.com/v2/translate
