Hi. When installing Linux Mint 22.3, I am unable to view any icon themes in LO. I have installed LM 22.3 on a couple of new computers and the new version that comes with it LO 24.2.7.2 is unable to access any of the icon themes - the list is completely blank. The older version I have on my LM 21.3 is LO 7.3.7.2, and that works great. I like ‘Galaxy’ but cant install it on the newer versions. Any ideas?
Probably a mislead import of the profile?
Try to start again in Safe Mode so that the profile is generated from anew.
Also check the icon Add More Icons which you may recognize in the attached screenshot.
Maybe the icon set Tango (https://extensions.libreoffice.org/en/extensions/show/tango-icon-theme-for-libreoffice) could be of interest as well?
Please notice:
Screenshot was made on LO version 25.8.4.2 (X86_64) - LinuxMint 22.3 : Mate 1.26.2

I confirm that Galaxy25 works as advertised.

Thanks. Adding the extension does work. However, I’m still a little confused why none of the extensions that used to come up appear in the ‘Extensions: Icons’ box, as indicated in your screenshot. The box is completely empty - and is still empty after adding the Galaxy25 extension.
You don’t provide any technical details. There are at least 3 different ways to install LO on Mint. If it came pre-installed, I would expect that Mint’s software store provides things like this.
Sorry for the delay - ‘Watching’ this thread does not seem to be working. I’m not receiving notification emails.
Not sure what tech details you need. On the problem systems, I’m running LM 22.3 upgraded from LM 21.3 (although a clean install of LM 22.3 has the same effect), with xfce. LO came pre-installed. When on LM 21.3 the ‘Icon Themes’ box is populated, but not after the upgrade to, or clean install of, LM 22.3, where it is completely empty.

The button in the middle of the dialog copies the system info.
