Ubuntu 16.04 LO Version: 5.4.3.2
Have successfully created a TOC. As well am able to select the other options from other options for type and have the index inserted into the document.
Seems to work fine for all but Alpha Index when I select this the application times out and locks up requiring to kill the process.
