Unable to Disable Spell Check

Hi,

I’m unable to disable Spell Check.
I was able up to a couple of days ago but on this particular new spreedsheet I click on Tool-Language-For All Text-None and nothing happens.
Also if I switch dictionary the app doesn’t switch it. It’s stuck on italian which is my language but I cannot turn it off or switch to English US on this document.

Any idea why so?

1. How to disable spell check for distinct cell ranges:
   Create a cell style with language [None] on the font tab and apply the style to cell range selections.
2. for one spreadsheet document:
   apply language [None] to the default cell style. Only styles with explicitly set language remain spell checked in the chosen language.
3. for certain newly created spreadshet documents:
   proceed as in 2. and save the document as template.
4. for all newly created spreadsheet documents:
   proceed as in 3. and make the template your default template
   If you already use some default template: open for editing, change the langauge and save…
