Loads fine on my other Laptop with Windows 10 Home.
Fixes to Windows seem to even be more difficult than to (enter any wide-spread software here).
If you ask your preferred search engine for windows errors 2002 2003 you will get many findings like

I don’t think LibreOffice can do much about this kind of issue.
