Error message “The system cannot find the file specified.” Previous version worked on this Win8 computer.
Did you open install with Administrative rights? I don’t use Windows 8, but probably right mouse click on file and selecting “Run as Administrator”. If you get the same error, can you please download again, maybe download is corrupted. Where did you download the software from? Download it from: https://www.libreoffice.org/download
