Undo/remove one autoinput value

I have a Calc sheet with saved autoinput values. For example, I enter MP and it autoexpands to MP4.

I have one autoinput value (15 becomes 15+17) that I want to remove. I can’t turn off AutoInput because I lose the overall functionality.

How do I remove just the one AutoInput value that turns 15 to 15+17 without affecting anything else?

Calc Version: 7.1.2.2 (x64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 8a45595d069ef5570103caea1b71cc9d82b2aae4
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 17763; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: en-GB (en_GB); UI: en-GB
Calc: threaded

Just delete the 15+17 entry that is upward in the same column.

the AutoInput function […] automatically completes entries, based on other entries in the same column. The column is scanned up to a maximum of 2000 cells or 200 different strings.
