Can you unmerge objects?
What objects? Drawing layer objects like shapes and images? If by “merged” you mean grouped then select the group (one click) and context menu Ungroup. If not then please clarify.

I should have used the word Shapes instead of Objects.
I know you can Ungroup shapes but can you Unmerge them.
I am drawing a floor plan and have used the Merge command rather than the Group command to merge two walls so that the border between the walls disappears.
I can see an Ungroup command but do not see an Unmerge command.
The shapes are merged into one shape. There is no more information about the separate shapes.
