This question is not off topic. I am getting a Web page loading itself to re-install Libre office but I already have the latest version. It is Libre Office’s reputation at stake. It is not a scam. I want it removed please. Makes me want to back to Apache Office especially if this comment is ignored.

This looks like scam web-site to me. It is NOT the official LibreOffice web-site.
Go to a web-site of your choice (e.g. Yahoo.com, Google.Com etc.) Go to Firefox Menu (3 stripes in top lft corner) select Options, under tab General you can set your page to start up with.
I will close your question bacause it is not realy related to LibreOffice.
Not relevant answer. The webpage is genuine. I know it is cos I can download a correct version of Libre Office from it unless somebody is posing as Libre office and copying libre office as Malware on your domain on your page
