Using fonts from User's Library (iOS and FontExplorer X Pro)

Hello:

I’m experiencing a issue using the fonts located on:

Mac HD/Users/User/Library

Why I’m able to use only the fonts for “All Users” but not the ones on the “My User”? I use FontExplorer X Pro, might it be the problem?

P.S.: Using iOS 10.8.5 and LO 5.3.4.2
