In the meantime, where Microslop dominate everything in the industry and made users feel miserable about themselves. Dealing with issues that take ages to be solved, advertising everything about AI and Copilot EVEN during windows installation! That’s an absolute sick behavior from Microslop. I miss that time, when Windows was a simple operating system, easy to use, no consistent update that make a user feel threating.

At the end, I decided to switch to Linux PERMANTLY!! So, I started to discover a lot of apps on Linux including LibreOffice. The app was prefect and most sufficient to me, but there is one thing is missing which is a video meeting app should add-on with LibreOffice.

IMHO, a “universal” application capable of doing anything is the best container to do everything badly or the wrong way.

Use a dedicated application for video conferencing. There are many. Some of them are not stand-alone ones but merely add-ons for web browser.

And since Linux is a multi-tasking OS, you can always switch to a component (Calc, Xriter, Impress, …) while conferencing.
