View moves to cursor on automatic save

I have a problem with LibreOffice Writer. Whenever the document autosaves the view moves back to the cursor position. This is very annoying when I read and go through my text.

You could:

  • Turn off Save AutoRecovery information every _ minutes in Tools > Options > Load/Save > General. Or
  • Use Page Down and Page Up to move through the document. It will move the cursor to each new page.

Thank you, I will try this. It is just that I like the scrolling wheel.

I don’t see how personal data could solve that.
