Want the View option to Freeze Rows and Columns to be persistent

Why doesn’t the Freeze Rows and Columns option persist?
It appears to hold for a few sessions but eventually I’ll log in and find that the sheets are no longer frozen.
I am the sole user.d
Note previous versions 3 sessions prior are good with the freeze for all sheets.

Have you changed the window size? If the window size is smaller than the frozen area, the freezing disappears.

But I just found there is a old comment saying that:

Is calc freeze buggy?

That is exactly what I assumed. I should read manual more carefully. The row-freeze still resets but it only seems to happen when I resize the window to very small size with unsaved document. The freeze one column and freeze one row functions feel a bit unintuitive because if other is already chosen when you choose the other it completely resets freezin options. But anyway your answer solves my problem so I mark it correct. Thank you!
