• Select all your text, Edit > Select All
• Click the Character Highlighting icon in the Sidebar and click No Fill

The water mark is fine; it is your text that still has the problem since the beginning but I thought that you had fixed it, see your translated comment:

I have done part of the procedure, but not all of it, specifically the second part, and the goal has been achieved.

Note that I mentioned that I did part of the procedure, not all of it, as I think I did, but I don’t know what happened.

If the white highlighting happens unintentionally as part of normal writing then it might be a problem with a font; in that case try another font.
If it happens with other fonts and you can reproduce it by merely typing (not by deliberately adding highlight), then you should report a bug, see How to Report Bugs in LibreOffice - The Document Foundation Wiki
