I noticed an error that occurs when i copy paste from the pdf version of my document. There is a sentence that says “engage in conflict” and if i copy it and paste it in another document it says “engage in conflictconflict”. I’m not sure how serious of an issue this is and I wondered if anyone has any idea of what is causing this, and how it can be solved.
First of all I have not encountered this behaviour. There is no detail all so you probably need to:
- Supply a sample pdf from which any identifiable material has been removed
- Say what OS and LO version you used to create the pdf
- Say what sort of PDF is it? Hybrid, PDF-A, etc.
- Say what OS you are using when you read the file.
- Say what pdf reader you are copying from?
- Say what you are pasting into
- Say what clipboard manager you are using if any
We still might be unable to help but we would be unable to help in a more informed way
