What are the settings to rotate the address label for an envelope?

I have a custom size envelope measuring 140 mm wide x 102 mm high.
I want to insert the narrow edge of the envelope into my printer and have the address lines of text printed parallel to the long side of the envelope (this is standard for business envelopes)
No matter what combination of settings I try, I cannot get the text to rotate to match the envelope.
I have tried the envelope method and also started from scratch using a custom paper size.
Any suggestions?

I tried Portrait and Landscape page styles with Portrait and Landscape printer setup. Out of the 4 combinations, one actually rotated the text: Page - Portrait; Printer - Portrait. The text isn’t displayed correctly on the page in Writer. But, at least the printed text is rotated.

Thanks!

Edit: Another solution can be found in this post (Note: I set the envelope size to 10 + LO orientation to landscape & the printer orientation to Automatic. The driver automatically rotates the text to suit the business size envelope which must be inserted short side first in order to fit the printer):

When you enter the custom size in the User Defined Size dialogue, I am pretty sure that you need to enter the paper size as Portrait then allow the settings to rotate the page. The example on the Canon support page seems to imply that, Create a Custom Paper Size for Printing in Windows
