Ciao, that seems to have done the trick. I went in to HELP, Restart in Safe Mode, Reset to factory settings, reset entire profile. Thought I would outline the steps I took as the link has way too much information that for a newbie is confusing. So thanks for your help. It Worked. Won’t let me reward points. May need help with that now.
