When I click the help Tab within libre office it opens my web browser with a page from the document foundation, is this the correct behaviour? If so, what is the purpose of the help pack file that I have loaded?

Thanks ROSt52. I went there and followed instructions.
All I had to do was:
go to C:\Program Files\LibreOffice 3.5\Help, there will be a en-BG (English version) folder. Select all the files in the folder, cut and paste it into the C:\Program Files\LibreOffice 3.5\Help folder, delete the en-GB folder(now empty).
