Where can I download libreoffice 64 bit for windows 8.1

Error message says the download I did for libre office is for a 16 bit system. The message says to contact you for a 64 bit Windows 8.1 compatible download for your software.

Strange. I have Windows 8.1 and a 64-bit computer and never encountered what you’ve encountered. I just downloaded LO on the download page.
