I just launched LibraOffice Calc for the first time
Where is Settings or Preference ? cannot see in any menu
I am on Ubuntu 20.04 … app details

Do you mean Tools>Options ?
Please edit your question with more specific information on what you seek to configure as there are many menus throughout which allow you to change the way LO performs.
Incidentally, the current version from the Ubuntu repos is 7.3.4.2 so it may help you to update to the current version to benefit from recent changes…
