Where is the dark mode switch for 7.5.1?

Hi, I have downloaded 7.5.1.1 to test it. I cannot find the dark mode switch advertised in this post from the Document Foundation LINK
I expected to find it in Tools > Options > LibreOffice > View. I have checked other subheadings too.
I am using Windows 10 x64. Thankyou for helping.

The fix for tdf#153229 was merged after RC1, so it will only be in 7.5.1.2.
