From where can one download either the source or a .deb of libobasis 4.2.1.1? I have been googling and cannot find it.
I am trying to install a language pack for LibreOffice 4.2 on Kubuntu Linux 12.10, and this is the error that I am receiving:
$ sudo dpkg -i libobasis4.2-he_4.2.1.1-1_amd64.deb
