@LeroyG, look at the cited context: I have. However, it lacks the solution plugin, so even the most basic triage isn’t possible. Discourse is a discussion forum, rather than an issue tracker.

I’ll register for that other Discourse instance. I didn’t know it existed. I’m surprised that separate instances are maintained, when others merely utilise different categories.
I wonder why that Redmine task is listed as “OPEN” in its header when it’s closed as resolved.
