Sirs,
I never used a spreadsheet like Exell, but for a new activity,
I would like to use a spreadsheet system like the libre office Calc system (or alike)
In my new concept there will be 1 or more ‘organisors’ per country,
who will find local ‘influencers’
‘influencers’ will find ‘clients’
‘clients’ may bring new extra ‘clients’
If I understood well the L.O. Calc system,
for each of these groups I would need 1 sheet.
As each sheet can contain more as a million rows (f.ex. clients)
we could add more as a million clients on 1 sheet
and per sheet max 1024 columns
- needed for information related to that client
( f. ex.name or address or the code of his Godfather in our system (maybe an influencer) -
- 1 extra column per month, to note the amounts
that I receive per client in that month a.s.o.
- 1 extra column per month, to note the amounts
An ‘organisor’ would have 20% on his ‘influencers’
an ‘influencer’ would have 20 % on the clients that he brought in.
aso.
I don’t need interconnnnectability between sheets.
BECAUSE I also visited some helpdesk sites of L.O. CALC
and I saw that almost all of the participants seem to be programmers,
And because I understand that a program like Calc has to
prescribe exactly how to enter coordinates in the rows and columns
(with the inherent limitations)
I am afraid that it not only might take me ‘years’ to acquire
the basic skills to use Calc,
but also afraid that the ultimate result might not be clear and simple to use.
What I like in Calc is that it offers a large number of columns
(specifications and results that I need)
and a huge number of rows (my clients) per sheet.
For these reasons, I wonder if you could connect me to a
programmer, who can prepare me a spreadsheet system,
‘adapted’ to my limited needs,
We only need to be able to enter :
-
whatever text without limitations, letters and numbers as header (title) of a column
-
whatever text without limitations in every cell a a row
-
that we can enlarge or limit a row’s possible number of elements (letters, figures)
-
simplicity of creating extra colums and new rows
Thanks
Leo
