Why are portable versions outdated so much?

I wonder why portable versions are outdated so much. A moment ago:

portable Offerings (from Portable versions | LibreOffice - Free and private office suite - Based on OpenOffice - Compatible with Microsoft):

Regular offerings (from Release Notes | LibreOffice - Free and private office suite - Based on OpenOffice - Compatible with Microsoft):

They are done by PortableApps, so maybe capacities are limited. Always a problem, when you don’t pay for service. They can not easily “buy/pay” maintainers to get more work done.
.
And the other problem is monitoring their site and updating the documentation at TDF:
I found 25.2.1 directly at their site:

Many apps have a “portable mode” “right out of the box” (e.g. gpg4win). It’s not a problem at home, but when working in a restrictive environment it’s difficult to install the product you love.

So it seems the version exists, but isn’t listed?

(Excuse me for not wasting area for images.)
Would somebody help me to understand?
TDF’s download archive got V25.2.2.2 released on 2025-03-24. Today (2025-04-03) there isn’t yet a PortableApps package of the version.
The previous version 2025.2.1.2 was released there 2025-02-24 and got provided 17 days later a PortableApps package on 2025-03-13.
Same delay assumed 25.2.2.2 will be available as PAP on 2025-04-10.
Is this what the OQer means by “outdated so much”.

As seen in the screenshot, there is no portable version 25.X available yet (and 24.8.2 is also much older than 24.8.6). Some important bug I had reported wasn’t back-ported, so I’m still using “Version: 7.6.7.2 (x86) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: dd47e4b30cb7dab30588d6c79c651f218165e3c5” until some version 25.x is available.

I have to admit that I don’t try to extract information from screenshots if there isn’t an issue concerning the view.
The following text should be clear without much “extracting” - and it’s valid:

If you aren’t talking about packages provided by TDF, but possibly by portableapps.com (e.g.) you should tell so. Questions to different providers should anyway go to their support.

For those who refuse to read text in screenshots I provided the URLS, but while the screenshots are a frozen state, the contents of URLs may change any time.

Finally: Did you read and check my comments using this link and similar ones?
Yes. The download page you linked to seems to be not up-to-date.
Just visited it offered 24.8.2 , however.
