I have the Aptos font installed, and it works well with Word. I’m on Windows 11. I can see the Aptos font in the Windows fonts directory, but LibreOffice does not pick it up. Why is that? How do I make it work with LibreOffice if it works with Word?

So if you go into Start Menu - Settings - Personalisation - Fonts and search for Aptos, it comes up? If it doesn’t, you could download and install from, https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=106087
Word 365 for home uses online resources, so what you see isn’t necessarily installed locally.
Hmm, weird. It did not appear so I tried reinstalling. When I did, I got the message “Font already installed” but I asked to overwrite it and now it works. So I guess there may have been some caching issue or some other similar issue.
