Any time I Bullet my paragraphs the bullet always goes to far right. In MS Word all you have to do is Decrease Indent to solve this. But that button is grayed out in Libra Office. The Increase Indent button is fine.
How can I get it to be usable?
You must change Position and Spacing of the bullets.
Choose Format - Bullets and Numbering… - Position tab.

Edit: Level and position are not the same (at least in bullets). Highest level is 1, so you can’t promote a bullet to level 0. That’s why the button is grayed out (
).

Thank you. That did help, but I am still curious as to why the decrease button is still grayed out?
