I had LibreOffice Writer and LibreOffice Calc both open. I needed to copy the name of Writer document into a cell in Calc. I open Save As dialog and copied the highlighted file name down below the dialog, then closed the dialog. Out of my surprise when I pressed Ctrl+V into a cell in Calc, another text that I had copied earlier in Writer was pasted! Meanwhile, I pressed Ctrl+V in other text boxes such as Windows Run, and my desired text (i.e. file name) was pasted. Then, I closed Writer document and tried again to paste into the Calc cell. This time, the text I wanted was pasted. How is this behavior justified? What is the reason behind it?
