Almost every time someone asks a useful question some “moderator” has flexed his “power” to close it, leaving many details unanswered.
Also, one cannot upload pictures of a problem unless one has a requisite number of points.
This is absolutely the worst “forum” ever!
This forum is for answering concrete questions, not for discussions. Questions like this should be closed. I don’t think you expect an answer to this question but it might start flame. Format of this site is not allowing that. You need to understand the other side. Some legit questions just are not formated right so people are not able to answer it as they can’t (and should not) guess what OP wanted to ask. This place is hard to keep clean already.

Currently there are 10924 questions on this site that are classified as unanswered, and many of those questions i would consider as useful, including some of your own questions.
As for some karma points needed to upload an image file, you have them now.
