Why Java when starting LibreOffice?

Downloaded from web site:
Version: 7.5.2.2 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 53bb9681a964705cf672590721dbc85eb4d0c3a2
CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 5.4; UI render: default; VCL: x11
Locale: de-DE (de_DE.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

Starting with any component or none (“start center”) with Java disabled in the “advanced options”, why do I get the following info box:
“LibreOffice requires a Java runtime environment (JRE) to perform this task. However, use of a JRE has been disabled. Do you want to enable the use of a JRE now?”

Makes no sense to me and looks like a bug, unless you have some “always on” extension that requires Java.

If I recall correctly Java is required for the Database Component Base otherwise it is not needed.

It was a QR-code generator written in JavaScript.
Thanks
