I printed my document and it was in color; then I decided to print several copies and it went to black and white and now nothing will print in color…I printed a test page and it was in color. I looked at some to the comments on this same problem and “shirley” had the exact same problem as me and tried everything suggested and I don’t get a “device” selection either
If you refer to some other question, it would be helpful, if you provide the link to that question: For now - his seems to be your reference: My document won't print in color
In addition: Almost no question can be answered if you don't provide:
- LibreOffice version
- Operating system
- and here: your printer device (manufacturer/type/model)
For the moment: Check setting in `Tools -> Options -> LibreOffice Draw -> Print -> Section: Quality` wether it has set option `[o] Grayscale` or option `[o] Black & white`
Is one of your colour inks depleted? Printer might then default to print in B&W.
If ink levels OK then read the manual to find out how to reset your printer. Often for HP it can be just pulling the plug out of the wall while the printer is switched on and waiting 15 seconds before plugging it back in and restarting. This solution is most likely the answer to the question linked to by Opaque, not necessarily yours. Cheers, Al
