Win 7 and LibreOffice 7.1.6.2

Hello all.
I need to run LO (I am using 7.1.6.2 32 bit) on a machine with Win 7, 32 bit (with the latest updates as of 2021, including SP1, and other later patches). I have tried a number of things but I keep getting the error below. LO just won’t start but it does start and does run in Safe Mode? Is the soffice.bin the issue? Is this maybe an issue with Program Compatibility Assistant? Should I turn it off?

LibreOffice 7.1 fails to open

Downloaded LibreOffice 7.1.6.2 and it fails to open. Safe Mode working satisfactorily. Tried all troubleshooting options but it still fails to open in Normal Mode. Help.

Never had any issues concerning Win7 with LO, so while not recommended, I don’t think there are problems now.

Edit: I have to correct this. The newer python requires a special update for win7 to work.
