Win8: LibreOffice 3.6 - Fatal Error

Please, help, LibreOffice failed to start:

OS: Windows 8 (6.2.9200 x64)
Clean installation of LibreOffice 3.6.3.2

The error message:

    The program cannot be started.
    The service manager is not available.
    ("cannot open /URE/services.rdb: 21")
    Start setup application to repair the installation from CD, or the folder containing the installation packages.

“Run as administrator” or “Windows XP compatibility mode” does not solve the problem

Program Compatibility Troubleshooter output:

soffice is incompatible.
Windows Version: 6.2
Architecture: x64

So, LibreOffice does not work on win8 OS?
