I was wondering what was the last version to support Windows Vista, and where to find it. I saw that Vista is not currently supported. I can’t use the web version cause I can’t connect it to internet. I like the program, I have it on a Windows 10 and works great.
LibreOffice 5.4 was the last version supporting Vista. LibreOffice 5.4: Release Notes - The Document Foundation Wiki

Where do I download it?
Go to the download page, scroll down and find “Older versions of LibreOffice (no longer updated!) are available in the archive”.

In the later versions, goto Tools>Options>Load&Save>General and set ODF 1.2 (Extended) as default file format for all ODF types in order to as compatible as possible with LibreOffice 5 (and with OpenOffice).
