Write: What ways are provided to take out the document properties text?

Something like MS Word Print What: Document Properties?

Currently I am copy and pasting piecemeal from the Properties dialog box, but would like something more authentic - for legal purposes.

Not sure exactly what you are trying to achieve by “take out” but there is Insert → Field → More Fields.
