As per the subject, there is no option I can see in Autocorrect Options to turn off Writer automatically spacing out three dots. The decision to enable this feature by default is a bit strange… If you want more than three dots it gives you weird spacing.
Its a bit trollish to not make this easy to find in the Options… Disabling other useful features by turning off all of autocorrect is not really a solution… how can I disable the three dots autocorrect? Any info much apprec.
The three dots are an ellipsis so look for that setting in AutoCorrect .
If you need more than three dots then you should be using a tab with dot underline, or possibly a character style with dot underline.
Ellipses is also not in autocorrect options
I am using the latest build of Libreoffice.
Look for .*... in the Replace field.
