How do I get a text box in writer to expand indefinitely while someone is typing in it after it has been converted to a PDF?

It seems to be a rather advanced feature, see: PDF: making text fields grow to accommodate text.
I’ve not found any option in the Forms options. Nor any request on Bugzilla. Worth submitting.
