I have the text:
aaa bbb aaa
aaabbb
bbbaaa
aaabbbaaa
I should find just bbb, liek in the first line
bbb in other lines is wrong
What should I wirte in “search” exactly?

How do I get the option"whole words only"?
Use Find&Replace (Ctrl+H or Menu->Edit) not Find alone because it does not have the options you want. A window will pop-up instead of only a line above the statusline.
Type bbb into the search box and check “Whole words only” thats it.
If it is greyed out, click on “more Options” and uncheck regular expressions.
