Writer hangs at start

Two different PCs have the same behavior: Writer hangs at startup, needs to be force closed. This goes for both creating new document from LO start application, and opening existing .DOCX files.

I tried unchecking printer settings load with document, but no improvement. Also loaded LO in Safe Mode, and creating new Writer document: still hangs.

Calc works just fine. Windows 11 PC with no previous LO install, Win 10 PC with previous installs, but deleted user profile folder and fresh install.

Which version of LibreOffice - please post the whole data from Help → About. I somehow suspect a Norwegian locale, and thus tdf#157135 (appeared in 7.6, fixed in 24.2.2).
