Writer outline: fold/unfold of all headers at once?

In Writer, I have enabled Outline folding based on headers, H1 H2, H3. It works fine: I get the fold/unfold arrow next to the headers and it performs as expected.

What I want to know is, how do I fold/unfold multiple/all headlines at once? For example, I can fold individual H3 headers one at a time but I can see no way to fold/unfold all the H3 headers at once.

Is there a way to do that?
